The hotel is in a great location, conveniently situated near the convention center and just a short walk from the French Quarter. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was disappointing, with a smoky smell and poorly maintained sheets. The service varied a lot, with some staff being friendly while others were not so helpful. Overall, it had potential but fell short in several key areas.
